The new campus for Makassed University will in the very near future be located in the vicinities of Aramoun, on a vast piece of land of around 50,000 square meters that lay on a beautiful hill with a spectacular view of the Capital City Beirut. To get to the new campus, students will be able to commute in less than 15 minutes from Beirut’s City Center using private university buses shutting back and forth round the clock.
Architectural designs are already underway for more than six faculties of Arts and Sciences, Education, Engineering, Information Technology, Islamic Studies, and Management. In addition, state-of-the-art facilities are planned for on campus for student and faculty accommodation, student recreation center, sport fields and courts, a large auditorium, administration, infirmary, security and other.
