Eng. Fadi Darwich is a civil engineer with more than 40 years of experience in planning, designing, and managing major projects and studies in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and several countries in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia.

He is an expert in strategic and administrative planning and engineering of transportation, traffic, and infrastructure systems.

He has unique technical and administrative expertise in the field of planning and developing transportation, traffic, infrastructure, airports, traffic management systems, and smart systems.

Eng. Darwish holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – Al-Azhar University – Cairo, a Diploma in Strategic Planning, and Financial Management Skills from BTRC Institute, London, in addition to Value Engineering and Risk Management from Alfred Beinisch Institute, Cairo.
