Makassed Properties and Real Estate Investment Office
To sustain programs and activities, Makassed founders secured various sources of funding and prominent Beiruti figures donated buildings, lands and real estate to be used for income generating purposes.
Makassed owns real estate in and outside Beirut (Burj Hammoud, Chiyah, Naameh, Tyr, Arsal, Aramoun, Aaraya and Baalchmay). The real estate portfolio is made of schools, mosques, a hospital, a Nursing College, health care centers, dispensaries, a vocational training center as well as other properties.
- Oversees Makassed properties including their rental and documentation
- Maintains and leases the association's properties (commercial, residential, and agricultural)
- Prepares the needed investment and development plans in a bid to increase properties profitability
- Develops new projects for available properties and buildings according to clear tender documents
