For more than a century, Makassed Philanthropic Islamic Association of Beirut has stood as a leading national, humanitarian, and educational institution, carrying a mission of knowledge, care, and community service. Throughout its history, it has helped empower individuals, safeguard their dignity, and promote the values of belonging, solidarity, and social cohesion. In doing so, it has strengthened the unity of Lebanese society and reflected the humanitarian spirit of its enduring journey.

Today, as we continue this distinguished path, we believe that our responsibility extends beyond preserving Makassed’s legacy. We are committed to advancing the Association’s institutions and strengthening their educational, healthcare, and social roles.
