Educational leaders at Al Makassed Association underwent training in the Cambridge International Certificate in Educational Leadership program. This four-month program included 150 hours of training, during which participants were introduced to leadership theories and engaged in various research and readings on educational leadership. Additionally, they completed numerous tasks designed to help them implement and apply their learning in their educational institutions through reflective thinking methods. The goal was to enhance their leadership performance and improve overall school effectiveness.
As part of the program, participants created portfolios that were evaluated by the program leader accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education, along with a team of experts from the university. All nine educational leaders successfully completed the program, with four of them earning distinction.
