Al Makassed Omar Ben Al-Khattab College students, Leen Al-Zoughbi & Fatima Al-Slayeh, were selected to participate in the TechGirls exchange program for the academic year 2023-2024. This international exchange program is organized by the United States Embassy in Lebanon and is designed to empower and inspire young girls from the Middle East and North Africa to pursue careers in science and technology. Following their selection, Leen and Fatima traveled to the United States in the summer of 2024 to spend three weeks with 136 young women from 36 different countries, developing her leadership and learning skills.
