The SANAD project is ongoing, with PCL 1 running from September 2024 to May 2025 across several municipalities. Beneficiaries have participated in capacity-building activities, including six training sessions and two for municipal representatives. The working groups have developed action plans and presented initiatives, with procurement procedures beginning for selected projects. Moving forward, PCL 2 will be implemented in two additional municipalities, with the project set to be handed over to Mr. Mahmoud El-Jaouni.
