Ahmad Al-Abed from Makassed Ali Ben Abi Taleb College won first place in the 2024 UNESCO Clubs Worldwide Youth Multimedia Competition, organized under the patronage of UNESCO – Lebanon. Moreover, Latifa Yamout, Lia Al-Hoss, and Jana Al-Jammal also received certificates of appreciation and commendation for their participation.
As a result of this achievement, the four participating students from Makassed Ali Ben Abi Taleb College have been invited to attend an international summer camp organized by UNESCO in the USA from July 20 to August 2, 2025. This two-week program brings together talented youth from around the world and offers opportunities for peacebuilding and academic, cultural, and personal development. Latifa Yamout will represent the school by participating in this summer camp.
