Makassed schools proudly launched an inspiring initiative for the 2024–2025 scholastic year: The MAK Book Challenge! This exciting reading competition invited students from K3 through Grade 12 to dive into the world of books and embark on a journey of imagination, knowledge, and discovery. Over the course of 22 weeks, participants challenged themselves to read 11 books, explore new authors and genres, and embrace reading in creative and meaningful ways.
To honor the dedication and enthusiasm of our young readers, a special celebration was held at the Mohamad Khaled Association. The event highlighted the achievements of all participants and recognized outstanding accomplishments with special awards: 3 winning students, 6 extraordinary readers, and the distinguished Reading Golden School.
The MAK Book Challenge continues to foster a culture of reading across Makassed schools, inspiring students to think critically, dream boldly, and develop a lifelong love for books.
