“Training of Trainer” Diploma (ERC Unit)
Based on the agreement between Makassed Association in Beirut and the Faculty of Education at Saint Joseph University (USJ), 19 staff members from the Makassed Education sector successfully completed the “Training of Trainers” (TOT) diploma program, held from April to July 2025.
The program addressed key areas such as enhancing learning methodologies, managing training sessions, assessing outcomes, and other related topics. It concluded with participants presenting their final projects. The graduates will soon be awarded their official Certified Trainer certificates at a special ceremony organized by the university.
This program highlights the value of the Makassed partnership with USJ and reinforces the continuous professional development of the education staff. Beginning in the 2025–2026 academic year, the graduates will lead training sessions across Makassed schools, fostering ongoing growth among teachers and administrators.
