SAWA3ED operations were strengthened through systematic planning, documentation, and follow-up to ensure smooth delivery. Under the Youth Skilling & Employment Project (UNICEF), efforts centered on employer mapping, finalizing partnership agreements, and securing host employers for trainees. Highlights included organizing the Code of Conduct signing meeting, coordinating with the Bekaa field officer, and conducting field visits to monitor compliance and support effective trainee engagement. Trainee placements were successfully facilitated, with ongoing support provided to the project coordinator to ensure seamless implementation.
